KFOG
An Aging HippieHello out there, listening to KFOG's acoustic sunset and enjoying the end of a beautiful day in the SF Bay area. We often forget the wonderful weather and the beautiful setting that we live in, maybe it the highest cost for gasoline, housing, etc. that blurs our appreciation of the experiences.
My cats thinks they are living in a bird paradise due to wonderful forest in our backyard. I should become a real birder, and learn all of different calls, tunes that they sing.

I stumbled upon you! I hit the link you provided, and here you are. I guess I was attracted to your name, as I am a fan of the Dead, and of the late Jerry Garcia. And well here I am. How are you? I just started my own blog as well. Not sure what to do with it now that I have it. I guess I will just ramble on about things...
It sounds like you and your cats had a nice day. You are correct, people need to stop and smell the roses more often. I have a bird feeder and we get tons of birds. We also have this ragggedy squirrel that we have been feeding throughout the winter months, my wife named him Crazy Carl. If we didn't have his food out in time he would jump onto the screen and chitter like crazy. These animals and birds have been a great source of entertainment for me and my wife, the best reality television going I guess.
