Post-election comments.

What did all of this effect my life. Well, first of all, President Obama represents a great role model for my daughters. They are African-Greek-Americans, long story for later, and they need to see that our country can accept people of color in the White House. Maybe, we should paint it a multi-colors to better represent our nation. The power of big money donors was shown to be no match for smart and people-power political teams. The Obama team just was better organized and had a President who is very smart and doesn't make really stupid statements. Poor Mitt boy just didn't have enough lies to win the elections. Oh maybe the pants of fire label finally stuck to him.

I am glad to see the women who were elected to the US Senate, maybe this will shake-up the good ole boy club. At least we can hope for a change of attitude and more emphasis on women-related issues. Again, it feel good for me as a single parent who hopes a brighter future for my girls.
